Oratory Families,
Thank you for taking the time to register and complete the necessary forms.
Listed below are some key points to keep in mind:
- Please complete the registration on a non - mobile device.
- Please do all of the NJSIAA sign offs as your registration will not complete without doing this.
- When you are finished, you will receive a confirmation email. Please keep this email for your records.
- A NJ Pre - Participation Physical is required. Please go to your MyOPS portal and down load the packet from the checklist of forms and when it is completed upload it back into that portal. We are not collecting hard copies of the physical.
